- ① Establishing as infrastructure for smart farm industry
- Expanding the category of smart farms as a base for agricultural innovation
- Establishment of a base for spreading field-oriented smart farms and strengthening of their operation
- Supporting Korean smart farm companies to enter overseas markets
- ② Spread of smart farm-related big data collection and utilization
- Acquiring high-quality data(horticulture - livestock - bare ground) to promote smart agriculture in earnest and promoting usage of big data platforms

Strategic task 2 (Spread of agri-food data utilization)
- ① Strengthen an agri-food knowledge information system
- Establishment of a data-based agri-food knowledge information service and spread its utilization
- Promotion of expanding the opening of agri-food public data and utilizing it
- Activation of using agricultural life resources and strengthening of their utilization system
- ② Support data-based smart agricultural administration
- Spread of utilizing a farm database(DB) enterprises
- Spread of utilizing agricultural and forestry project management such as support for a public-purpose direct payment program, etc.
- Strengthening the agri-food statistical data utilization and management system
- Establishment of spatial information-based agricultural administration and of a development support system in rural areas
Strategic task 3 (Strengthening of the agricultural industry’s international competitiveness)
- ① Establish international agricultural trade information
- Support for responding to data-based international trade cooperation and for the decision making
- Provision of FTA usage information for responding to the import of agricultural foods and for activating their export
- ② Strengthen global agricultural cooperation
- Strengthening cooperation through (ASEAN Food Security Information System) AFSIS to achieve the government’s stance for New Southern Policy
- Support for the ODA project for undeveloped countries to enhance food safety
- Strengthening a cooperation network with international organizations to jointly deal with global issues such as the achievement of UN’s Sustainable Development Goals(SDG)
- ③ Support the export of agricultural equipment
- Information provision, corporate cultivation, and network reinforcement to establish and support the foundation for entry into overseas markets of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) dealing with agricultural equipment
- Analyzing requirements of corporations and associations and solving their problems
